We loved these chairs when we first got them and even ordered two more. It didn’t take long before the plastic straps on two of the chairs broke. Wayfair replaced one chair but refuse to replace the other because it’s been over a year. I’m sure it’s just a matter of time before the straps on the two remaining chairs will break eventually. The quality of the plastic straps is poor for the price we paid. Very frustrating.

Significantly worse than the previous dining chair version with fabric, aluminium, and teak. Some of the plastic bars in this version arrived broken the first time and cracked the second (in the replacement order), so I've just given up due to the poor packing, quality, and experience.

Very comfortable. Much less in cost than the other outdoor chairs we've looked at and tested. We're happy with these.
