Absolutely no insulation. Panel fell off, barely put on. Glad it did tho otherwise I wouldn’t have known there wasn’t any foam insulation. Highly disappointed! Oh and the cover is just a glorified tarp! I highly do not recommend! This is in no way a true hot tub.

We're not as happy with this hot tub as we'd hoped to be. It seems to be made of quality materials, however, it's not very deep. We are 5'4" and 5'5" and the neck pillow is at the middle of our backs unless you slide down and then the jets don't hit your back. Also, the picture of the hot tub cover is very misleading. What you get isn't anything like the picture. You get a tarp (see photo). It's terrible. It's not insulated at all. It's basically a tarp you get at the hardware store only cut to fit the hot tub. We've searched and searched for a replacement cover and haven't been able to find one the size of this hot tub. If it weren't such a pain to return such a large item, we would return it. Knowing what we know now, we would definitely not have purchased this hot tub.

Easy to place, perfect size, not too large setting up was a little time comsuming. It has gotten up to 100 degrees, the max is 104 degrees. Did anyone buy a separate lid for it If yes, please comment on a review.

Will not run on high when on a 15 amp circuit. You will need a 20 amp circuit to run the jets on high . Otherwise seems to be a nice unit manual only covers the controller instruction no in
