Easy to put together…wish it got hotter and got hotter a bit quicker. It’s a very good deal for what you get. Great product!

Good product but was too cramped for my bad knee. Perfect for a small space. Heats quickly. Does not have a bluetooth speaker or sound system.

Does NOT have red light therapy or any color changing lamp. Despite the description, despite confirming with customer service twice over the phone and once via chat. It is not as advertised, the description is incorrect. Its just an infared sauna with a light, NO OTHER FEATURES DESPITE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. When asked about the inaccurate description via email, no one responded.

If you're looking for a budget option, this thing is fantastic. As a sufferer of seasonal depression, I'm often looking for new solutions. This has definitely been a help. The increased circulation does wonders. It may not have solved the problem entirely, but its an awesome tool for the toolkit.

This sauna shipped very quickly and was delivered in just a few days. It was very easy to set up and only took about 20 minutes to build. It takes a while to get up to the 149 degree temperature, probably about 30-40 minutes. It seems difficult to get up to the maximum temperature unless youre in there for a long time. The bottom of the door doesnt seal especially well causing the bottom part of the glass to fog up. The heat in the sauna isnt very uniform. Its obviously a different experience the closer you sit and lean next to the plates. It can get very hot on your back. Some of the more premium models have speakers, light therapy and are larger...this isnt that. It says it has speakers and Bluetooth under the specifications, but it definitely does not. We use it regularly and it is effective to get a good sweat. The small size is very convenient for moving it around and not taking up too much space.
