I ordered this sauna as a gift for my husband. When we opened it both hinges on the glass door were cracked, one had a chunk completely off. I contacted Wayfair and was told the manufacturer had to handle the issue and they put me in contact with them. The manufacturer said they could send a replacement door that would come from China and take 20 days or more to receive. I asked for another option, as this didn't seem like a good one, and after several back-and-forth emails they agreed to have Wayfair ship me another unit (box 2 only, it comes in two boxes) and it came within a week. Unfortunately, after opening it we discovered it had the same exact issue, two cracked hinges. This time the hinges didn't seem to effect the door opening and closing so not wanting to go through the entire thing again with trying to get another replacement (and having these things pile up at my house, since they did not take back the broken unit) we decided to just put it together anyway and my husband is just going to JB weld the cracks. It seems to be working good regardless of all the issues with unsuccessfully getting one that is not broken. Even though the sauna is working fine, it's still disappointing paying so much for something and having a defect on it.

Super easy to put together for one person. I am 5’3 150 pounds and it is just right for me, if you are a larger person or taller you would have a tough time in this size. It heats up well and stays hot.

Love it for its price point. Only wished I’d gotten a two person sauna. And it’s not as tall as I thought. Otherwise it’s great and my husband and son put it together in less than 45 minutes.

What a fantastic Sauna! It was a breeze to put together thanks to the simple clip style connection. All the features are wonderful and make the experience so much more enjoyable. It reaches your programmed temperature in no time and keeps it maintained for as long as your timer is set for. I love having a sauna!!
