It turned out amazing! Better than expected

Swing came in a color that was much different than pictured (very orangey in person). Received wrong touch up stain. Back of swing secured by a single bolt on each side. Doesn’t feel very sturdy. Confirmed via chat prior to purchasing assembly charge of 129 included installation. It did NOT! 129 is way over priced for assembly. If easier to return I would be. Not worth it

While the swing is lovely, the process of getting it was awful! There appears to be some false advertising on "expected delivery dates posted on the site". Three times, the dates were changed, and I was delayed twice and needed to cancel my contractor who was scheduled for set up. My issue isn't that delivery took longer than expected. It is that each time my order was delayed, the site showed early delivery dates if I ordered a new swing. That seems like false advertising and customer service on the chat option was not helpful!
