I love the color and finish. Haven’t had a chance to put it together but I’m sure we will love it.

TLDR: Missing parts, timely wait for replacements, found the exact same product elsewhere for hundreds of dollars cheaper! I am VERY disappointed with this purchase from Wayfair! The package arrived without the hardware (screws, nuts, bolts) and the wooden cup holders you have to attach. When reaching out to Customer Service they told me it would be almost 2 weeks before the parts would arrive. In fact, they said ordering a whole new one would be faster, 10 days. I was highly suspicious to get a whole new one, what is the chance the new one is missing the same parts? I can't understand why mailing hardware and cupholders would take so long. Someone goofed now please send the missing parts over quickly. When dealing with a supervisor from CS it gets even messier. When I called the next day to find out the tracking number for either the parts or the new one, whichever would come quicker, I was told at this point that they are "waiting to hear back from the manufacturer on what they can send me, (either missing parts or a whole new one)." I asked how long I have to wait and they said I should have an answer in 8 days! I know we have all gotten a little spoiled with the 2 days delivery but I am sorry I shouldn't have to wait 2+ weeks for a resolution. The moral of the story I sent the one missing parts back, Fedex picked it up on a Saturday and I found the exact same product $200 cheaper and it was delivered on Sunday, with all the correct parts. 2 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund from Wayfair. Had I not looked elsewhere maybe I will still be waiting for a resolution.
