I love my new outdoor chairs! I would have given it a 5 star but the assembly took a little longer than expected and the instructions could have been more clear.

Perfect for my front porch! Cushions are on thick and comfortable. Great quality! Looking to order more pieces to match now.

Well designed for tall people like us. Most patio furniture is built with much lower seats creating discomfort for tall people. The cushions are okay, although the back cushions could be softer. We like the firm seat cushions. Swivels and rocks. Many complaints from other customers were registered in other product reviews. These customers experienced great difficulty with assembly. I had no problem with assembly. I assembled the seat part with the supplied bolts. I left all the seat bolts loose until the entire seat was assembled, then I tightened all the seat bolts. I then assembled the base part by installing all the bolts and nuts loosely. After the entire base was assembled, I then tightened all the base bolts and nuts. I then bolted the base unit onto the bottom of the seat unit securely. No problems here. Keeping the bolts very loose during assembly worked for me. I did encounter one assembly problem. One main, large, base support bar of one chair base was not pre-drilled properly to allow assembly. One chair is still not assembled. I requested a replacement part for the defective base unit. Assembling the table was likewise easy but could have been impossible if I had tightened all the bolts during the initial assembly. Keep all the bolts loose. Tighten all at the conclusion of assembly.

The chairs are comfortable, but I only gave four stars because the manufacturer poorly drilled the holes for attaching the support bar to the circular base. The holes were misaligned thus making step 5 a two person job. Also, the illustration in the assembly instructions does not mention that the side of the circular base that should rest on the ground, has little metal feet. Be aware of the orientation of the circular base when attaching the support bars, during step 5.

These ottomans were easy to assemble using the tools and parts provided. The store nicely under the Winston Porter table.
