Looks o.k.- setting up the operation - cleaning the internal piping - somewhat too complex. Didn't have a chance to conclude all the prep actions - and start up actual operation = will see how it operates, when it operates. Oh, the timer would be very useful - not included. Alas, insulated cover appears to be good.

The Outback hot tub was even better than expected. It is actually stronger and better built than I thought it would be. Four of us moved it from the front of the house to the back patio with just a furniture dolly. No leaks and the manual was clearly written. Following the manual allowed me to fill it, plug it in, and fire it up immediately. It took a day and a half to heat it for use. It will seat four of us comfortably and is deep enough to keep us all warm, which is what I wanted. I will eventually convert it to 220v because I already have my deck wired for that.

Great hot tub so far. Shipping took forever. Had to call customer service to inquire about the delivery as the date kept changing and I never got updates. Delivery day went very smooth. Delivery company communicates great, so you know the exact arrival time. The two guys delivering did a fantastic job handing the hot tub with care. They placed it exactly where I asked them to. Hot tub was set up and ready for use the same day. Only complaint is that this hot tub has many names and I can not find filter replacement or any accessories for it.

Okay hot tub Ordered 01Jun 7-months for delivery in January Wayfair customer support were friendly but unable to do much but offer empathy on delays Once it shipped from Strong, things moved quickly and delivery team was great So far, so good...but expect delays A month of use... all good... heats at about 7F an hour at higher voltage. Lots of winter use so far!!! Not pleased with the cover clips as they don't attach well to the ribbed side of tub... one clip broke. Probably will add layer of thin insulation on the bottom outside of tub to act as thermal break with patio.

I have bought a whole house full of furniture from Wayfair and spent thousands of dollars. This is the first purchase that I have not been satisfied with. I waited over a month to get it and when I received it it leaked all over my freshly painted deck. I called the Spa company several times and finally had to submit an email to them which may or may not be looked at within a week. Then it may be a few weeks before a repair man will come out and repair my brand new spa. Of course Wayfair will take it back at a reduced price. I know several people have had good luck with this hot tub but mine was not a good experience.

Loved the hot tub, but something broke on it about a year later. Not sure what yet. Husband will try to figure it out soon.

This has been a wonderful purchase overall. Works well and being plug and play it was so easy to set up!

Delivery was fast, efficient. The spa was easy to set up, we were using it the next day! It isn’t going to hold 7 adults, but we have been comfortable with 4 adults in at the same time.

Everything is working great 1 month into use. Gets hot and stays hot. Shipping was ok also. Shipper originally stated we would get it on Monday but then called back and changed it to Friday. One pretty big issue was that when we purchased this hot tub it was advertised as having an ozonator (see attached picture of original posting on Wayfair). That was one of the reasons we wanted it. The ozonator helps reduce chemical use. Our delivered model does not have an ozonator. We are pretty disappointed. The same posting now has this model as not having an ozonator. I know we can retrofit one but really shouldn’t have to if the model posted was what was delivered.
