Very pleased with the product it came ready to go just plug in Phil up. I recommend that you order an extra filter because you have to put it on pause. You can never not have a filter in the hot tub. Take the filter out put the filter in clean the filter put the filter back in also extra order extra test strips if it’s your first hot tub because until you learn how to do your chemicals you’re gonna go through a lot of test strips because you don’t know what you’re doing. I highly recommend that you read the specs and the instructions before your hot tub arrives so that you’re ready to go order some steps. It does come with a very nice cover. That was one of my fears. It’s not a Ziploc bag. It is a very nice thick cover that snaps keeps it covered and safe.

Overall the Hot tub is exactly what I imagined. As a single female I was glad that it was placed exactly where I wanted it . However !!!! The panel to check the Hose before filling it was almost impossible to get in to !!!!! Who designed 7 screws that's way to hard to unscrew for a simple panel ??? Seriously a major problem !!!! Could not put the panel back without additional help !! Even then it was very difficult.... Other than that it was easy to set up and a snap to fill .. It's exactly what I wanted and I am happy with my purchase .It got a little damaged on delivery ( scraped on the side panel due to being turned on the patio ) Overall a good product .
