Easy to install. Mailman broke mine, very happy Wayfair carries this product.

The item delivered does not match the picture associated with the item ordered. It is not compatible with my mailbox and is useless to me. I call it false advertising and I want a full refund with not charges to return ship the item. I do not want a credit with Wayfair just to avoid the return shipping charge.
