Beautiful set … very easy to put together… took less than a hour . Even though the instructions were horrible. But all in all I’m happy

If I could give zero stars, I would. Very disappointing experience, both with the product and the customer service. The furniture arrived damaged. One box was visibly damaged in transit, and the couch frame was dented and scratched. Another box appeared to have been previously opened, and several frame components showed signs of having been assembled before, with scratches and marks already on them. The overall quality is mediocre at best. The furniture feels cheaply made, the cushions are poor quality, and there's nothing to secure them to the frame, so they constantly slide around. But the worst part has been the customer service. I contacted Wayfair, who simply passed my complaint to the manufacturer. After waiting for a response, the manufacturer's only proposed solution was to send me some touch-up paint. Paint isn't going to fix dents, and frankly, why should I be expected to touch up a brand-new piece of furniture? The issue remains unresolved, and neither Wayfair nor the manufacturer has offered a reasonable solution. Extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this product.
