it was an open box at a awesome price ! everything was perfect in the box , after a few weeks the solar charger for the battery pack stopped charging the battery pack , I have to remove the battery pack and charge in the house before I can open the umbrella, can't return it since it was an open box per website.

This umbrella is super Cool remote control I love it if you guys don't have one you better bye one before they run out

Very nice keep in mind pole is very sturdy and thicker than average umbrella pole it is 1 7/8

I absolutely love this umbrella awning. The blue is such a deep rich blue and it works like a charm. No cranking just press the button and it opens up. I love it so much.

Thought we were getting a great umbrella. Put it up, it did not work after one try. No way to retract or open manually, you must use the power box that attaches. Well, we contacted the company per the instructions, and not Wayfair. After a couple emails, sending a video, etc.. they told us the company would send a replacement powerpack. It was coming from China so be patient. Weeks later it arrived, we were very excited. It worked ONCE. Literally. ONE time. Then the same thing, just buzzes and clicks. No up, no down. We just have an expensive piece of yard art that we are very embarrassed about. The worst part, right in the package, it directs you not to contact Wayfair, to reach out to the company that supplied the umbrella. Entire process now well over a month. At this point, there's nothing we can do but take it to the dump. Literally, if you were able to at least open and close manually, that would be a plus, but it's junk.
