14.5 Ft x 8.5 Ft Rectangular Market Umbrella with Color-Changing Lights, App & Remote-Controlled Lighting, Includes Base

Product looks pretty nice. Only a couple of complaints. The LED lights has one strip of lighting that does not work and the base is made from plastic which was broken when we pulled it out of the box. Luckily we don't need the base and the kids aren't too upset about the lighting not working correctly......ok I am editing my review. It has been a couple of hours now. Now none of the lighting is working. Very disappointed with this product.

Things happen. I get it. I bought this umbrella for a party and it arrived but the lights did not work. I was a little annoyed and reached out to Wayfair who then put me in contact with the vendor. They are in another country I think because the responses usually took a day if I sent the message in the morning. Anyway, I explained the issue was having., sent photos, and answered their questions. They determined, I have no idea how since there are many things that could have caused this I think, that it was the solar panel. Because TARIFFS, I am certain, it was taking a while to get the part. The vendor, sent another one via FEDEX from wherever in the world they are and it arrived in two days and worked like a charm. As a business owner, I fully understand that things happen. The key is how you handle it. Maple, who I was working with, was great. She always replied and we got this resolved. The umbrella is a statement piece for the patio and I look forward to enjoying it for a long time. Many thanks to Wayfair and Maple. This is why I shop Wayfair. You haven't let me down yet!!!
