The item came broken AND I can’t seem to go through the return process!!! It stops at a certain point and won’t let me continue. Mad customer!!!

Absolutely horrible. I took this on the beach with two toddlers and it was a nightmare. It kept falling over and there was barely room for the buckets and shovels in the back. No stabilization on this thing and has no support. I’m so disappointed. Such a waste of money and even worse now I’m in the middle of my vacation with a worthless beach cart.
