We had a 30 year old professional grade awning that finally tore so I removed it and installed this one. I'm not the most skilled DIYer, but found this awning to be difficult to install, the instructions were poor. The metal is flimsy and it doesn't retract evenly. Again, maybe user error but I would not buy this again. I plan to leave up for the Summer/Fall, likely remove and go the professional route.

It’s a very nice product and easy to put up all our neighbors like it. I think this is a very quality made product.

This is the third time I’m trying to write the same review, but it is actually great for the price. It was a little bit difficult to install and can be used in both rain and sun.

BROKEN ARM (does not stay extended). Do NOT waste money on this product. Pain to return it. Accidentally ripped up shipping box when opening and now can’t return. Waste of 250. (
