I shopped around for a retractable side awning in the right size. This was the least expensive. Figured I’d I get a year out of it, it would be worth it. We’ve only had it a short time but really like it! Only drawback is poor installation instructions. If you are a handy person it will be a snap.

This is a great material, but the more you stretch it the worse it gets. We wanted it to block off our very small driveway for our pup but when we pulled it out, it sagged and looked awful. Great for a patio or smaller space. The latch to lock it into place needs an adequate place to drillhammer into- be sure you have that!
