Poor customer service. I was missing 2 pcs for this swing. I was told that theres nothing they could do for me because I was 3 days over the 30 days of receiving the swing and that I should have opened the box as soon as I got it. Well Im sorry I was in the hospital fighting for my life. I will NEVER order anything else from Wayfair.

We love our swing. Had a few pieces missing but was sent the replacement parts within a few days of reaching out! Comfortable and easy to put together!

The swing looks great. It does feel a bit wobbly even though I’ve tightened all the screws, but with my three kids roughhousing on it it hasn’t seem to have any issues. It was fairly easy to put together, even though the directions weren’t super clear and you need really good reading glasses to see them. I like that the shade is adjustable.

This is a great porch swing! Was very easy to put together, took less than an hour. The stand is very sturdy and the canopy is adjustable with great coverage. The padding is a little bit thin but the seating underneath is a fabric panel and is the seat feels comfortable. We really enjoy this product!

Don’t waste your money on this. My set was missing the front and back poles that help add weight to the top so it doesn’t flap around. It was also missing the part to secure the screws to the top. When I reached out to customer service, they offered me 25 off instead of sending out the parts (I would have preferred the parts). The only reason I’m giving two stars is because it’s cheap and my expectations shouldn’t have been too high. After two weeks of it being assembled, it’s already rusting, including that pic as well.
