Love the swing but can't jump through all the hoops to get the bad parts fixed it takes more time to try to get it it fixed than it takes to put it together

It was a little hard to figure out the instructions, but once I did and got it all put together it was much nicer than I was expecting. It is very comfortable as well. I use it every morning while drinking my morning coffee.

This Gazebo swing is absolutely excellent considering assembly, esthetics, comfort, design, strength and placement compatibility. However.....there is one glaring design flaw that severely detracts from the overall satisfaction of this otherwise excellent swing.... Where the 4 swing arms attach to the support at the top, produce a LOUD SCEECHING NOISE THAT IS NEARLY UN-BEARABLE. The metal-metal contact of the drilled holes and through bolts very shortly after first use creates the screeching that severely detracts from the otherwise very pleasant, tranquil swinging experience. If the designer had put some kind of bearings at the attach point, this problem could have been eliminated. I tried WD-40 sprayed all over the connection, then bearing grease all to no lasting fix.... If you're thinking of possibly a too much weight problem, my wife weighs 110 lbs. and I weigh 180 lbs. As with another reviewer I saw here, I am going to have to revert to chains, (which will not color match), to stop this horrible noise. Otherwise, congratulations on a superb product. Beautiful swing set. Installation took us around 3 hours. The rods are a bit fragile though. Overall satisfied with the final product.
