Pas tout à fait assez lourd

I ordered an „outsunny“ branded umbrella base w Wayfair which is being distributed by Aosom. The product was delivered and was really rusty, claimed w Wayfair who told me to keep the first one and disgard it and that Wayfair will deliver a second unit as replacement which we received today and which has exactly the same problems as the first defective unit, it is very rusty !!! Ridiculous quality!!!!

Arrived damaged, needing repair. Paint scratched on an outdoor item that reviewers say can easily rust. Asked Wayfair to cover cost of paint touch up, and they sent me to Aosom who then did there best for a week to try and get me to accept 8,00 then 16.00 - when the can of spray paint would cost me more than that, not to mention my wasted time. After a week I sent a terse message to Wayfair asking if buying from them meant I needed to be subjected to this ridiculous kind of haggling by their supplier. Where are they when their customer needs protecting ? Finally got a 25.00 credit, but was not asked if that was ok, my claim was simply closed. Definitely not your best day Wayfair.

rusted very quickly. I bought 2 for the summer of 2023 and have thrown them both away.
