Not what I ordered. The product description said it was weigh 75 pounds. The product I received was only 23 pounds. I ordered the heavy duty canvas top, what I received was made of some other type of material. I ordered one (order#3787290467), then ordered a second (order#3800631277) before my wife said the material was not the heavy duty canvas. I wanted the heavier material as I live in a high wind environment. Very disappointed. Request a call back to get this straightened out. I paid additional for the heavier material and did not receive what was promised.

I am not sure. I was expecting canvas top. Description said umbrella weight was 75 pounds. The two umbrella's I received the shipping weight was only 25 pounds each, so I am wondering what did you ship against what I ordered? My wife received both umbrella's and said the material was some kind f slippery, shiny material and very lite. For the amount of money, I spent on two if these ($364.00) I expected better quality or at least what was described Overall Product Weight 75 lb. (FedEx FedEx Tracking#277263235496 Weight 23 lbs.

So far ok but waiting until next spring to get out and put up.
