The stand arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. It is plenty heavy and sturdy after being filled with water, yet easy to move around thanks to the casters. Also a nice touch that the handle for maneuvering the stand tucks away neatly.

While the base is sturdy and easy to move, the instructions provided were inadequate. There was no pre-drilled hole where the umbrella base connects to the umbrella holder and there is no mention of that in the instructions.I would also recommend that the hole where you fill the base with sandwater be enlarged.

Perfect ! Only needed 100lbs of play sand (2 bags from local hardware store) our city is pretty windy overall and it’s been able to withstand normal ongoing wind and gusts without any issue
