Great sturdy umbrella. Easy to install. It is bolted down to our deck and is easy to maneuver, open and close. Great product and I do recommend!

I ordered this, and the umbrella itself came with two of the base parts however, every other part needed to put it together and make it functional was missing I reached out to Wayfair and they said I needed to contact the company directly that produces the umbrella. I did and they asked for the customer service number which I gave them. They said they could not find it. Then they asked for the tracking number which I gave them and they said they could not locate that either. Then they stopped responding to me altogether so now I have this giant cantilever umbrella that I cannot put together or use, and my furniture is just getting blasted by the sun. Very frustrated. It looks like it would be a good product. If only I had the parts to put it together.

I started putting together this evening, but had to quit until tomorrow. So far, it is very easy with easy to understand instructions. The quality appears excellent for the price I paid. So far, I am pleased.
