Dur à manipuler trop grosse inconfortable pour petit personne de 5 pied,et verifier la chaleur ne fonctionne pas bien. Svp verifier la chaleur du cousin

It is not heated! You have to buy the power pack separately. It is not comfortable. A zero gravity chair should be designed and recline such that your spine is completely supported. This chair is not. The quality of the materials used to make the chair is good. The arms are plastic and the padding is soft but thin.

The chair itself is nice and the cushion is nice but the heated controls are a little delicate and they are put to the back of the armrest where you can’t see them. To turn it on and off you have to hold it for 5 seconds. To change the temp you just have to push it once. Great otherwise!
