My clients have two of these; one is at home over the dining area and the other over the sectional area. They are amazingly easy to operate even though they are extremely large.

When I made my purchase, your ad said the weighted base was included. I never received the weighted base and the ad has now changed to say the base is not included. I need the base that I paid for. Extremely disappointed, paying almost for a $1000 umbrella and assures the base was included. Will certainly be returning unless I get the base.
