I’m really impressed with this umbrella, especially for the size. I don’t have the table that it will go into yet or a base (it doesn’t come with a base) It provides a huge amount of shade and easily covers multiple chairs, so it would work really well over a larger patio seating or dining area. The canopy is a pretty warm creambeige rather than a stark white, and the wood-look pole and ribs make it look much more expensive than a typical metal patio umbrella. It blends beautifully with neutral outdoor furniture. The pulleyrope opening system is straightforward to use, and once fully opened the canopy feels nice and substantial. I also like that the fabric has ties so it can be secured neatly when the umbrella is closed. The canopy fabric has a slightly textured look that keeps it from looking cheap or overly shiny. One thing shoppers should know is that this is a very large umbrella. It has a lot of presence, so make sure you have enough clearance around your patio and a sturdy, appropriately sized base. Because of the large canopy, I also wouldn’t leave it open during strong winds. Overall, I’m very happy with it. It gives you a ton of usable shade while still looking elevated and more like something you’d see at a nice resort than a basic backyard umbrella.
