Pole broke on day 2. Same problem with previous umbrella but that one lasted over a year. Waiting to hear back from customer service.

Umbrella looks good but the solar lights did not work. Apparently it's not eligble for a return, so I'm stuck with it.

Initially I was impressed by the size for the cost. I was very disappointed in the lights....they're a joke. You're better off not spending the extra money on lighting and just buying a pole attachment. That said, I would have given this more stars but after 3 months the lifting mechanism to raise the umbrella stopped working. Waste of money.

This umbrella looks nice and love the lights. You can tie it when not in use. Unfortunately, the product did not last longer than a week and one of the canopies connections bent. This was lightly used and should never have bent under weather conditions. Now the umbrella does not close properly and very flimsy so we cannot even try to bend it back as it may totally snap apart. very disappointed
