The bamboo frame is beautiful, however the "Sunbrella" canopy is NOT sunbrella.

Stunning umbrella. Definitely worth the money. Looks good and does the job. All the finishes are beautiful. Its definitely a high end piece.

Oh my goodness, wow. This umbrella is pretty darn good. It is one sturdy beast. Everything about it is heavy duty. And it looks spectacular. Now there are a few oddities. There's no tie to actually tie it closed. That might not be a problem since the umbrella is really heavy and I don't think wind will get under it to blow it away. It's just every umbrella I have owned had some way of assuring the umbrella would stay closed. There's no crank. You have to pull on a hefty cord and pulley deal to raise the umbrella. Until the fabric has a chance to stretch a bit, you'll also have to push up hard on the bottom part of the umbrella to get it up to the hole for the pin. The umbrella does not tilt. That might be a good thing, one less thing to break. It opens and it closes, and that's all it does. It really requires a stand, even if you're putting this through a table. The umbrella itself is big, and it will blow over a table - even a big one. Oh the blue color is wonderful. And that great big bamboo turned finial is gorgeous. I'd stay this one is well worth every penny of the price. The quality is high.
