I bought an ‘open box’ item, with the understanding it wasn’t used and had been inspected. The top cap of my umbrella is missing and the brass pole going into the base is dented, scratched and obviously used. Loved the price but product quality definitely second hand and not inspected.

A nice sturdy, well made umbrella. The black Sunbrella fabric is great and should last for years. We love this umbrella.
