I received an item that was already used. It had scratches and dust all over and clearly had been assembled on a base before as there were marks were the screw of the base secures. It. Wayfair told me that I could get 20 off or I had to return it myself at my own cost, repackaging it etc. So I did nothing wrong but end up having to do all the work just to get a refund.

California umbrellas has been around 65 years and the rich color and sturdy construction makes you feel like it will last for quite a few summers.
