Bought 2, one is perfect. The other is defective. It’s extremely difficult to close. Something is wrong with the rope and crank mechanism. Still trying to resolve with the company and Wayfair.

We are in our second season with this umbrella and it has held up well. It seems well made and fit our table well. (We had a challenge finding an umbrella with a narrow enough pole, as the hole in the middle of our table was not large. This fit the bill.)
