Was delivered damaged! I cannot believe someone actually tried to tape this up and then shipped it out in this condition! This is definitely a Wayfair issue but when I tried to submit a refund for a damaged product they referred me to the manufacturer! Nice job passing the buck, Wayfair! Not a happy customer, at all!!!! You needed to do better!!! A Wayfair staff member wrapped tape around a damaged shipping box and product haphazardly and said, "Oh well, whatever!" And preceded to ship it out "as is"!!!! They packaging and product are so damaged I can't even get the UMBRELLA out of the shipping packaging...which was lousy packaging at best!!!! NOW I'm stuck with THIS and OUT MY MONEY?!
