I spent way too much time meticulously comparing patio umbrellas before finally pulling the trigger on this one, specifically because the listing promised fiberglass ribs. I even skipped a perfectly fine, cheaper option right down the street and patiently waited a 10 days for delivery. Imagine my surprise when the box showed up proudly declaring "10 FT STEEL RIBS" in giant letters across the front. It’s not the end of the world, but it's definitely annoying. If you're buying this specifically for the fiberglass, pass on this one because it's very much steel.

Pretty good umbrella. Feels like a very good sturdy material. As long as the umbrella is closed and the strap is on, it doesn’t blow much. I wish the umbrellas would come with their own base. I got a base for this pole, and it’s not kept the pole in tight. It has blown out multiple times when windy. Otherwise, it’s pretty big and covers a good amount of space and has the tilt back feature which is awesome

Tried and true purchase. Lovely color of beige along side the dark almost black hardware. The crank is easy to open and close with indicators on handle to show which way to turn. The material wipes clean (we have a lot of birds stop by). I would recommend this umbrella.

Great size but customer needs to be aware that you manually have to attach the canopy to the end of the ribs before opening
