Oh my! This umbrella is HUGE. I misread the description and thought that there would be a base with it but you have to either buy a weighted based or a mount that goes into the ground. I finally located the base that this umbrella is compatible with (you fill it with water) but I’m inclined to think it may not be enough counterbalance when the umbrella is in its full extended version. Once the base arrives, I will figure out if I need the one that goes into the ground. Anyhow, beautifully made umbrella. Can wait for my first summer cookout!
