Really difficult to move the arm to open and close. But, the wheels are helpful for moving it around.

NOT easy to move. Wheels are too small it it leaves marks on the patio when dragging. Cracked base on day 1 of moving it.

My fault but I didn’t realize that this umbrella does not tilt. I bought it because I liked the size of the base that came with it. I am restricted in the location so needed a compact base. I was disappointed when I put it together and realized it didn’t tilts. After going back to the website I have since noted that it is another style of umbrella that tilts but with a much larger base. Also the base that came with this umbrella though is compact it very time consuming to fill it with sand. It only has a small opening. It doesn’t completely open like other bases I have used. Regardless of those two minor issues, the umbrella is working well and at this moment seems to be holding up to the wind.

Product arrived as described. The quality of the materials and construction are of a superior quality. The price point for this particular item was high but is well worth it. Very easy ordering process.
