Stand was fine but didn't fit the umbrella it was suggested to go with. So double check.

I was deceived by the photo in the app which shows a large base,and the photo on the box also shows a large base, but when it arrived it was a flimsy crossbase. When I got customer service in the chat to help me resolve the issue, all of a sudden the chat is gone as well as my abilty to chat with an agent. Deceptive practices mean I will never order from Wayfair again. Congratuations on losing my business.

It did not work for us! We had to add additional weight to prevent the umbrella from tipping. How do we return this?
