Ordered this item 2 years ago, unfortunately it faded after one season, the beautiful brilliant orange is now an ugly peach tone.

Beautiful for a while, after that the orange color changed, the cable to open it broke. I paid insurance for this and after reporting it, two months have passed and the have not resolve anything

Love the umbrella, unfortunately not the color described. Color said orange simply but is more of a red orange and does not match my patio furniture and rug. Every umbrella I looked at on this site was described as red orange so I was excited when this one said orange and was expecting a bright orange umbrella. Not the case and to big and bulky and to much of a hassle to send back. It did arrive a day earlier than expected and seems pretty sturdy.

I really like the umbrella and the color is beautiful. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars, is that the delivery company seems to get worse over the last couple of months. There was a bend in the pole edging that appears it occurred during shipping. Husband is correcting and hopefully it doesn't weaken the pole.
