Wayfair is incredibly misleading. I purchased an umbrella specifically advertised with a 3-year warranty. After only a year and a half, the canopy fabric tore to pieces, so I contacted Wayfair for a replacement canopy. They told me Wayfair only honors a one-year warranty and that the advertised three-year warranty is through the supplier. Fine—so I asked to be connected with the supplier. Their response They don’t even know who the supplier is and can’t provide their contact information. The representative actually acknowledged that the warranty information on their website is misleading, yet still told me there was absolutely nothing they could do to rectify it. So Wayfair advertises a 3-year warranty, can’t tell you who supposedly provides that warranty, and then refuses to honor it themselves. Completely misleading and unacceptable.

It’s great!!! We never use the light, because it draws bugs, but good to have it. The directions were not good, so make sure you have an intelligent and strong partner!

So elegant and beautiful. Provided great shade and an overall classy look. But it broke within two months.

Love this umbrella! Just purchased a second one.
