Arrived damaged - there are small holes that look like it was dragged on concrete. We didn't notice the damage until we were outside the return window, but honestly I don't know how we could have returned this. Too big and unwieldy to be practical. It has to sit so far back to be opened that it doesn't provide full shade over a table. It's REALLY heavy. Overall very disappointing.

I have only had the umbrella up for 3 weeks and there is already an issue. I close the umbrella every evening when opened and have not had an issue until today. The umbrella will not go down and the crank gets stuck at a certain point. Tomorrow we are getting rain and I am afraid to is going to break but I have no way of putting it down.
