Note that the crank for this is below your knees, making it really awkward. It is not 9 ft tall.....the center of the umbrella barely reaches over 6 foot my husband of 6ft 2 can barely fit under it. It does not come with a base crossbar - so we bought a separate one and the holes are not universal so they had to be professionally drilled to accommodate this umbrella. This is a Sumbel product, not the Rixta 360 made by Arlmont. I have an Arlmont product and it is super.....this is a cheap knock off at an inflated price. I would definitely return it, but Wayfair said I had to pay the freight, even thought I did not receive what I ordered. I do NOT recommend this product
