After minimal use since we bought these umbrellas in July, 1 of them has become very difficult to open. The crank is very tight and grinds when trying to open the umbrella. It also doesn’t open all the way. They’ve never tipped over or damaged in any way. It’s frustrating, but the other one is working fine.
