I bought the blue/green, prettier than the picture (Caribbean feel). I started the assembly of the blades wrong (my husband fixed.. not a big deal.. I should have read the reviews first so I wouldn’t have made that error) and the spin is beautiful. My husband will be making a modification to the base for me so it will fit in our pool “hole” where an umbrella would normally be set. Can’t wait!! Love this!!

I am enjoying this piece of kinetic art in my yard. Of all the ones I looked at I am happy I chose this one because it has such a fluid, gentle motion and is not frenetic as most others. It turns with even the slightest of breeze and where I live it is usually in constant motion as we have morning and afternoon breezes almost on a daily basis. It came well secured in the shipping box and was easy to assemble, though it would have been nice to have the blades labeled with which ones were which. I assembled it by myself easily enough, though it would be faster with two people working together. I assembled it from bottom to top in the order in which the pieces were laid out in the box. The blades were nested inside each other. The innermost nested blades I put on the bottom part and the remaining four on the top section. This must have been correct because each section spins beautifully in opposite directions without interference. I sank it into the ground as far as the top of the stakes. It is very well constructed and does not wobble. I anticipate many years of enjoyment.
