this one was not as nice as the first one two blads bent the pole was spotted where it was not painted well

Three stars because it was easy to put together. Instructions were clear. Parts were labeled. And there was attention to detail, which I really liked: the screws have been painted to match the rest of the wind spinner. BUT MINE DID NOT WORK. So three stars. It would have been 5 stars if it had actually worked. Mine does not spin, even after using silicon spray.
