The colors are gorgeous, but I only gave it 3 stars because the bottom doesn't spin, sadly. The top part spins perfectly.

Lower part barely spins. Have attempted to fix balance multiple times. However, top part spins well, both colors are as depicted and construction of fan parts appear to be in very good shape.

Instructions definitely lacking as others have stated. Not together yet but going to go at it again today. If unsuccessful, going back in the box for return.

I get more compliments on this wind spinner. My family are Oregon Duck fans and love these colors!
