Awesome! We havent filled it yet, as its not quite shade-needing season, but Im already so much happier with this than I was with our last one. Its thick material with heavy-duty handles with rubber covers so your hands wont get destroyed when you need to lift it. Even better, the opening to fill it is large with thick velcro....our last one almost needed a funnel, which meant half our rockssand ended up on the ground. I never thought Id be excited about an umbrella weight, but here we are!

The black base’s material appears durable and made well to withstand the outside elements. I have a triple umbrella with a single pole and base that has been tipping over with the winds of our backyard. This will be an addition to the already water filled base. The base comes with 2 structured handles on either side for easy carrying and Velcro to close the inner sides of C-shape base to create a donut shape. I have not filled the base yet because it will require several ~3, 50lb bags of all purpose sand to fill this base up. This will need to be done by my husband. He will place the base over the water filled base and fill it will sand. He is impressed by the quality as it reminds him of military grade material. I anticipate it be able to hold up to the elements. I will recommend the purchase to family and friends who need a simple solution to umbrellas from falling over.

I haven’t added sand to this bag yet but I can tell that it is quality. Very strong material with solid stitching. The handles will make it easy to move it around if needed. Highly recommend if you need a weighted bag for your umbrella while keeping it looking neat and tidy.
