If I could give 0 I would. Instructions were a ok, not the best. The metal is so cheap it was bent in places went it arrived. We got it up and attached to the house and the wind blew and twisted it. The metal is very cheap!

Im currently in the process of sorting through the parts. What I’ve found is that 50% of the metal poles / supports have dings, & scratches. Since I was going to paint it black anyway, it’s not so bad. The poles are labeled so you can follow instructions, but many labels are not present, or, are ripped/illegible. the other not so good thing is the instructions are, well, dumb. fortunately its not too complicated. There also is no means to attach the two poles to a deck. they provide a spike but Im not installing this on grass.

The biggest piece of junk I have ever purchased. Do not buy. 1. Rusted in a week 2. NO REAL instructions, only vague pictures 3. Flimsy cheap metal 4. Pieces didn’t fit properly into each other 5. Ended up throwing it away and wasting my hard earned money 6. I am a licensed contractor and know how to put things together! This thing bent easily when erecting.. TRASH

UPDATED REVIEW I seemed to have gotten the last one from this shop. They sent no instructions guide so I have no idea if I have all of the pieces are there or not. Some of the beams were also dented. The box was badly taped and the beams were not secured inside. I bought this because of the good price but I guess I got what I paid for. ***Wayfair gave me a 10 for the damage. After a couple of weeks, they finally emailed the instruction guide. I discovered that there were missing pieces confirming that I was sold a returned item. I asked for refund but the Executive Support Team said they can’t since I agreed to the initial discount. I’ve been going back and forth with them for weeks. The Wayfair agents all understand when I call and explain that the guide and the pieces don’t match so they escalate it to Exec Support all for the latter group to close the tickets. Today I find out it’s because the Exec group has out a note saying “ignore customer”. I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars at Wayfair and this is how they treat their customers.

Bit disappointed, nightmare to put up, instructions unclear with tiny pictures. 2 x bolt pieces are still a mystery as to where they go?? One of the metal cable rope fixings broke whilst tightening it, right at the end of putting it up! Finished me off! Pricey for the quality which is surprising since it comes from Germany
