These hold up really well in the wind! Have not tipped over even when umbrella is open. Filled with water. I shortened the metal bracket on the back side near the wheels for extra clearance when rolling across the deck. Cut about an inch or so with a sawsall.

This is a good heavy umbrella base. I retuned it only because it didn’t fit my umbrella- I wish it had- it was sturdy and well made.
