there is no where on the stand to hold the umbrella. in the pic there is a piece that goes in the middle of this stand but it is not included. can someone please tell me how they put their umbrella in this stand as these is no hole to load it into. support has been ridiculously inadequate. don't buy this if you want to put an umbrella in it. thanks Wayfair for selling me an umbrella and a stand that I cannot use.

Unfortunately I thought this stand would work. When receiving it we came to the conclusion it had to be missing parts! Sure enough when I called Wayfair they also concluded the same and took care of the issue immediately. I have always been happy with the fact they are willing to make you happy.. Downside is the return fees are out of sync when you just want to return something and it is of no fault of the Company. Maybe I am being unrealistic, but it bothers me.

Theses are great so far. I filled them with water and my umbrella is holding steady. Had some wind yesterday and these helped secure the umbrella

Work very well when you fill them with sand

Easy to fill with water. This is my 2nd set. They last about 3 years before they start leaking.
