Item was as advertised with on time delivery. More info: The gate only opens as shown. (It is not reversible with hinges on right.) The directions were just okay. There is a small pin to attach the handle that is not mentioned in the directions. In order for that pin to fit into the handle mechanism, I had to use the thin tabs from a brass paper fastener as a tiny spacer.

JUNK! No directions, just pictures and none of the right size bolts. The pin to hold the handle on doesn’t fit. Not even close.

I guess I got what I paid for. The main complaint would be solved if there were a way to prevent the poles from turning in the ground, which causes the latch to misalign and stop working. Closing the gate is enough to cause the poles to spin. Maybe round poles aren't the best design, but even some sort of fin in the bottom to prevent spinning would help. There is also an issue with the poles shifting slightly side to side, especially when the ground freezes, causes small changes in the width of the gate that can also cause the latch to fail. My clients us a bungee to keep it closed. Maybe it needs to be attached to something immovable, like concrete?

Excellent purchase! My husband can't be happier. He put it on by himself. The height of the gate and the small mesh covering the entire gate are favorable for our vegetable garden where animals visit frequently. The door handle on both side of the door is another feature that we appreciate it very much as another recent purchase only has handle on one side so we have to reach above the gate to open if we are on the other side. Overall it is a highly satisfying purchase. We wish we had bought it for the other garden that we built earlier in the year.
