This item was a disappointment. Too small for its intended use. Then even if I were to use it for any other purpose , it is still too small- an average sized piece of hewn wood is too big for it so much so you’ll have to further splinter the wood down in order for it to be fed to the furnace. So no I would not recommend this product

Easy to put together and puts out a lot of heat. My only problem has been I can’t get the stove pipe apart to pack back up but it’s well made, works well and I would buy it again
