I had this item delivered 3 times and all 3 times it came broken. They wrapped it in bubble wrap and put it in a large box so it got knocked around. After speaking to a manager I suggested putting it in styrofoam to fit snuggly in the box. She said she will let them know. Well no styrofoam but wrapped in bubble wrap again and broken in 5 pieces. Just asked for a refund. Too bad because it was a beautiful birdbath. Here are pictures of the 3 times they sent it to me.
