I shopped around for weeks and weeks for the right morning. Professional Awning. installation was going to run us about 6000. This is a great deal! it arrived on time, it took about an hour to install. We had to buy four brackets to mount on the roof, which is an extra cost but give us more headspace. We have a 16 x 10, so far seems like great quality the motor is a must that we almost didn’t go for but I am so glad we did. The retractable awning has given us another living room! Looks nice sitting on the floor but no one will install it. Talked to 7 companies and no help. DO NOT BUY unless you already have an installer.

Excellent piece of machinery. Very smooth operation. Very nice looking in or out.

It has not been installed. The awning arrived on a Wayfair truck which was a first for me. The two employees were courteous and helpful. I was surprised at how heavy it is so will have to have help with installation.

Does not seem sturdy in winds above 10mph
